Who knew Jim was such a futurist? He's almost dead on in his 1970 vision of now. Makes me want to grow a beard, fake my own death and give one last interview predicting robots will revolutionize heavy metal right around 2020.....
Was that that big of a stretch? I mean by '70 you'd had the use of tape loops already in use. They weren't explored very much though, so hey, throw that out there? I mean, it already was kinda heading in that direction as the one new thing that "nobody'd heard before". I dunno, looking at Zappa and the Beatles right then.
